Synopsis
Seven years ago, Vosoritide, a drug considered a miracle drug, was launched, promising to put an end to achondroplasia, a condition that affects one in 25,000 people. The treatment promised to increase height and reduce medical complications, offering the possibility of a “more normal” life. The film follows three young people from America, the UK and Australia, and the geneticist who led the development of the drug, as they share how the treatment has, or has not, transformed their lives.
