Official Selection
The Official Selection of Inclús 2025 includes the best audiovisual productions, both documentaries and fiction films, that address functional diversity from an innovative and committed perspective. The finalist works will be screened during the festival, and a specialized jury will award prizes to the best productions in each category.
Participation & Registration
The festival is open to individual creators, associations, and collectives. Participants must be over 18 years old.

Rel Section
The Rel Section showcases the best Catalan short films from the past year. Inclús screens these works in a fully accessible format, with subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing and audio description for visually impaired audiences, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the best of our local cinema.
This section features innovative, engaging, and diverse stories, reinforcing our commitment to inclusion and cultural accessibility.

Cinema in Signs
If you have a short film in sign language, submit it to the Cinema in Signs section of Inclús 2025. We are looking for productions that give visibility to the Deaf community and its culture.
Requirements:
- Short films primarily in sign language (max. 30 min).
- Subtitles in Catalan, Spanish, or English.
- Productions completed after 31/12/2023.

Put Yourself in Our Shoes
Arep and Inclús present a new edition of the “Put Yourself in Our Shoes” contest, an amateur short film competition for third-sector organizations working in functional diversity. The selected projects will be screened during Inclús, Barcelona’s International Disability Film Festival.
How to participate?
- Registration: Send an email with your organization’s details to [email protected] before June 30, 2025.
- Short film creation: Maximum 4 minutes, following the assigned premises and the theme ‘…vivir así…’.
- Submission: Send the video via WeTransfer/Drive to [email protected] before October 14, 2025.
Screening and awards
The finalist short films will be screened at Inclús 2025 from December 10 to 16 at CaixaForum Barcelona. The winners will be announced at the closing gala, with jury and audience awards.
