Ulysse

Alice and her partner eagerly await the birth of their son, Ulysse. When he turns one, he is diagnosed with a genetic syndrome that affects his development. The family then embarks on an odyssey shaped by uncertainty, learning and the search for new ways to support him. Inspired by the director’s personal experience, the film explores motherhood, disability and every child’s right to grow at their own pace, while questioning society’s expectations of normality.
